Instead of allegedly bribing political and religious clerics to secure your victory in the upcoming election, I would rather see you focus on winning the hearts of Nigerians by providing essential infrastructure, a robust healthcare system, and job opportunities for the youth.

Islam has always been a religion of peace in Nigeria during our military administration. However, we must stop tolerating notorious hooligans & fake self-proclaimed clerics like Sheikh Gumi, who are damaging the image of Islam in northern Nigeria & disrupting our nation’s peace.

The era of negotiations & pampering of terrorists is over. I expect every state governor, along with all state security chiefs & military commanders, to launch a full-scale war against terrorism. We must not provide terrorists or any violent groups a chance to survive in Nigeria.

While the bandits are pleading for surrender, we must not accept their plea until every one of them is neutralized and eliminated. Afterward, I expect the military to invite negotiators and sympathizers like Sheikh Gumi and other subordinates, for comprehensive questioning.

I want to commend Gen Christopher Musa for his commendable work since his appointment. While I understand that the bandits are seeking dialogue and are willing to surrender, we must not engage in any negotiations. Instead, we should send them to their creators to negotiate with.

No bandits, No Terrorists, No Terrorists Negotiators or Terrorists sympathizers should be spared for disrupting the peace of Nigerians. If I was the President, that would be my message to the Nigerian military and states governors. We can go band for band, we are not negotiating!

During our time in the Nigerian Military, we don’t negotiate with terrorists or offer any form of amnesty to radical groups. Those who pose a significant threat are scheduled for court to see the judge, while those who pose a much more dangerous threats are scheduled to see God.

Once again, I would like to quote the late General Sanni Abacha: “Any insurgency or terrorist invasion that lasts more than 24 hours, a government or political official has a hand in it.”

Late President M. Buhari, was a remarkable leader, inspired many young aspiring politicians, especially during our nation’s survival. His unwavering dedication to combating terrorism and corruption exemplifies his exceptional character. May his gentle spirit find eternal peace.

It was a narrative pushed against the Igbos. The Igbos are one of the best hardworking and dedicated groups we are blessed to have in this country. God bless the Igbo people, God bless the federal republic of Nigeria.

I was pleased when the Buhari administration finally recognised the Late M.K.O Abiola as a former head of state because he won the June 12, 1993 Presidential election & I want to thank Nigerians for giving me the opportunity to conduct the freest and fairest election in history.

The disrespect and hate on the IGBO community should not be encouraged nor tolerated by any geographical region or zone. As Nigerians, we should embrace to live in love, peace, unity and harmony. I urge the federal government to arrest those behind the #IgboMustGo trend on X.

I genuinely see the hardship Nigerians are going through and a call for a peaceful protest is our civic responsibility. However, as a Statesman, I will like to quote my boss, Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo, Who said 'I will die for my country Nigeria, but not for my party and ethnicity'.

Some of the best years Nigerians ever experienced all came from the Military system of government; jobs, security, affordable cost of living, good roads & education. Accessing the Democratic system of government over the years has took us back to a much worse dilapidated state.

For a coup to be staged; 78% of a country’s citizens must have expressed their frustrations to the government; after that, we proceed to have a Military Takeover. Recent stats indicates that 80% of Nigerians are happy and ready to support the government which is commendable.

To stage a coup, there has to be a frustration in the society. In the military, we find coup easier when there is frustration in the society, most especially when elections are rigged and the government lacks legitimacy. Our Judiciary does not endorse illegitimacy.
