On #WorldTeachersDay, we celebrate teachers like Yexica from @GenesisCenter who supports her students to advocate for and take ownership of their learning. Using our English Now! Learning Circles model in her classes, she says, "gives [students] the power of confidence."

As restaurants struggled during the COVID crisis, Welbi pivoted to a food truck model and opened TrapBox.

Today's alumni spotlight in Then & Now series is...Welbi Genao! Welbi is an alumna of our culinary arts program, where he trained at Genesis and participated in an internship at Al Forno Restaurant.
