Here is a full productive AB (at bat) from yesterday’s scrimmage against Long Creek! Mentally allowing myself to see a strike before attacking and trying to keep my hands “on top of the ball.” After hitting a HR foul, I tried to slow myself down and just be as simple as possible. Trusting my swing and training with also protecting myself with having two strikes in the at bat already! Doing this allowed me to be aggressive at the next strike I saw allowing me to finish this at bat with a stand up double off the fence!
