@ihavenoidea3628 @Todorok_i15 with wrath her status effect didn’t work post subarus revival. i’m pretty sure the reason as to why subaru’s memories are permonantly gone will be explained, but this is the exception

@GengaGalaxy @Todorok_i15 But this wouldn't still explain how Subaru still gets affected like crusch by gluttonys authority in season 4 If Subarus mind was somehow different then gluttonys authority wouldn't affect him but it still does despite having return by death

A really compelling and rich battle system that indirectly (and sometimes directly) unveils mass amounts of thematic and character depth, a very good cast of characters, a really ambitious, creative sort of double-edged approach to its structural philosophy that may alienate some but for which the positives far outweigh the negatives (for me), incredible adrenaline fueled fights that completely understand the beauty of meathead shonen juxtaposed with genuine depth conveyed from within those fights to give a deceptive but huge amount of depth, etc etc

@g0ge4lyfe @oblivibum i was trying to be incredibly polite, i'm sorry if i came off as condescending. i'm not caught up to the dandadan manga, but i'd be quite disappointed if it's similar to what jjk or demon slayer is.

@GengaGalaxy @oblivibum This is such a condescending response! Lots of people are drawn to the story and characters, and given the direction the Dandadan manga has taken it's wild that you are arguing it is the "exception" somehow.

JJK didn't get the Avengers of animators just for it to be called boring and not experimental. I'm tired of shonen anime constantly being downplayed as art simply because they're mass appealing

@AnimeErmi i love sakuga (follow for sakuga content btw) but theres so much more to animation than the production quality and how flashy the movement is. sayonara lara is beautifully animated no matter how you cut it
