My dad bought my mom a long term care policy with a company called @genworth. Worst company in human history. It has been nothing but a horror show. NEVER buy a LTC policy for a loved one through this company. They have designed the company policies so that you never 1

CareScout Services launched Care Plans to help more people understand and find the long-term care services they need and CareScout Insurance has now secured approvals in 29 jurisdictions for its inaugural product offering.
Genworth reported its results for the second quarter of 2025, including net income of $51 million and adjusted operating income of $68 million. Both our CareScout Services and CareScout Insurance businesses experienced continued growth.

@Genworth - Constant inefficiency. Claims can't see the signed 2023 HIPAA form that I just downloaded from their site. Consumer Affairs "helped us" recently asking for another - totally blocked us giving info to them: waiting for phone call. Always a fight; we're always correct.

We've reported our results for Q1 of 2025, including a net income of $54 million and adjusted operating income of $51 million. Our CareScout Insurance business received approval from the Interstate Insurance Compact, and remains on track to reenter the market this year.
