Our dog is super confused about the foster’s neuter. He has tried to lick, take off, and hump the cone. And he doesn’t understand why the foster keeps getting couch snuggles. He never had a cone after neuter, there’s a certain amount of privilege there /s

Our poor little foster needs a cone for a few days. He is honestly devastated. Won’t leave our laps for anything. Worthy of the Pixar opening animation.

Y’all, I don’t know about you, but I have had a bone deep weariness since mid March, and it has not gone away. I have tried self-care days and long walks with the dog and everything bar traveling. I just cannot shake it.

@GeogWest Same. Worked on stats stuff with Dakotah last night and we discussed this also. I use classes/office time for structure; even then I struggle to pace and end up pushing myself too hard. I hope you got some rest and are feeling better 💛

Worked on my overdue manuscript until my vision blurred. Oof bad idea, stood up and almost blacked out. Pacing is something I struggle with, especially in this no-structure-world we live in. Take care of yourself 🌱❤️ and be okay with stopping.
