A goal should be measurable. Concepts, values, principles, mindset, etc. associated with agility help to achieve goals better/faster.
Found it easier to help leaders/org/people align around tangible business opportunities & challenges, then employ “Agility” as a way.

Seems to be the exception though, or perhaps reserved for ‘true’ unicorn companies?
The +1bn companies I had info on got their valuation because of sales/&hiring growth only. Otherwise: suboptimal management, strategy, processes, culture, etc.
