No one can prove how he died. We don’t know if he actually ingested it accidentally, or if she gave it to him. Case closed, she walks. If I was her, I would definitely not testify. No way you get all the jurors to convict without knowing how he ingested the drugs, being that he used them. Accidental OD happens all the time. He could have gotten a bad bag, we just don’t know. I’m tired of listening to this cleaning lady for sure.

She should not testify. Otherwise, she will come off like a boss babe career mom rather than a grieving widow. If I were her, I’d sit there & let the chips fall. As I watched the trial… the temperature of the state’s case started to cool during cross of the cleaning lady. Her account of actually buying fentanyl became less impactful after she said she didn’t know what she actually bought. That came off as if her testimony was forced or contrived.

The prosecution case rest on the words of a 54 year old pipe head with a bad memory. She definitely was not credible; her lawyers destroyed the evidence tech, toxicologist, also the police investigation, The detective/FBI agents who attempted to groom her and make her lie to fit their narrative by dangling 20 years of fed time. Shes definitely walking!!! She didn’t even know what type of pills she bought. There’s no evidence that says this lady is a murder, any additional circumstantial evidence won’t matter, she’s dancing 💃 out of the courtroom.

Yes, but according to her, she did not buy fentanyl pills. She said she bought Roxy’s or something else and didn’t say fentanyl until the police detective brought it to her attention. Their whole case is cooked. I think one thing we can agree on is this has been one of the most interesting and funny cases I’ve ever watched. It’s not funny because someone lost their life, but I’ll keep it at the word interesting, and definitely keeping my attention.

I mean they already discredited the evidence collection tech, the star witness (pipe head w/ a bad memory), and the police investigation. Prosecutor, and the detective who attempted to groom her, and the Fed who pressed her out over a 20 year federal sentence all in trouble now. I mean the rest of the circumstantial evidence won’t even matter at this point.

@MaverickGSP24 @CourtTV There’s evidence that she was a plotting to take his bread, but that is not evidence to make her a murderer. Since we don’t know how he died, she’s about to dance 💃 out the court room. They should have never brought this case to trial, they have no case.

This is his family hating her thats it! There is no evidence she gave it her druggie husband
