@IamConstable @GeorgeMYNWA @Jchang06_ Yes - Dorking are not full time but have still finished in the playoffs every single season since getting into it for the first time (Which is 5 seasons). Although we are hybrid, there are plenty of full time teams with higher budgets that we have consistently outperformed

@IamConstable @Jchang06_ Yeah I don’t think it’s necessary to stay up (look at Salisbury last two years) but I don’t think Farnham’s model is to stay up/ survive etc. They’ll 100% pump a tonne in to try and be up there.

@GeorgeMYNWA @Jchang06_ Was saying the same for Billericay. The NLS now is a dangerous league because once you get there you need to be able to stabilise, build the infrastructure to get up and out but if something goes wrong your back in step 3. It's one of the biggest jumps

@IamConstable @Jchang06_ Disagree mate. I think there were 12 full time teams last season, at least three more will be next season too. There will be anomalies that have good seasons but if you’re an owner I’d say they’re thinking you have to be full time or at least hybrid to now get promoted.
