@vibewitmih I don't wonder how this is possible. Getting an intern up to speed is much harder than actually doing the work yourself. Work that an intern can do without any training is very minimal.

There are companies out here surviving on interns. They are always recruiting interns but never any actual employees. The only full time employees are the director and finance officer
