@TheRunnerMan17 @president_mmt Good thread but much of this last tweet is inaccurate. It is up to the marathon. As a WA sanctioned event they would likely have to pay for several tests at a minimum. WA would likely test many of theses athletes pre event and this athlete is also very likely on 1/2
