Only big difference is The Doctor has a TARDIS & knowledgeable of Time, with companions in Doctor Who Show. While Anono is a strong fighter, and as a friend in Toram game. Ok sry for nerding out, it's so out of place & ikits not gonna happen x'D

And these two are kind of smile, they're both warriors & protect their people against their adversaries. -Anono protects Nero Veli, Salvia, the "Start Chart" weapon & his kind. -The Doctor protects his people against the Daleks & Timelords of Old during the Time War. (Failed)
