Justin Aylaian didn’t have gas money to pick up his own kid, but somehow he had the system on speed dial to get an immediate restraining order, send Keystone Cops into her home, get her shot in the chest, arrested, and detained while he stole her belongings and fought for custody. All while she was battling postpartum depression. She took the stand and said exactly what makes sense: she pointed the gun at herself, not the officers. She wanted to end her pain, not hurt anyone else. The prosecution’s entire case rests on one cop’s word in a bedroom with no body cam, no second witness, and testimony that’s already cracking under cross. This isn’t justice. This is the system failing a mother, a police officer, and a citizen who needed help—not handcuffs and a felony charge. Kelsey deserves an acquittal and her life back. The real accountability needs to start with the people who turned a mental health crisis into a criminal circus. Fix the MA courts. Stop the abuse of process. #JusticeForKelsey
