You're confusing the dominance of barca and Madrid with the strength of the league itself. During that era, Spanish football dominated Europe. Madrid and Barca were winning the Champions League. Sevilla were winning the Europa League repeatedly. Atletico won the Europa League and reached two UCL finals. There were even seasons when the UEFA Super Cup was an all Spanish affair because the UCL and Europa League winners were both from La Liga. La Liga wasn't considered the strongest league just because of Messi and Ronaldo. It was considered the strongest because Spanish clubs consistently dominated European competitions.

There's no such thing. You just lost this debate. All I've done is bring facts. All you've brought are narratives. I could easily bring up the controversies around Real Madrid's trophies, the favorable decisions they've received in La Liga, the offside controversy against Bayern Munich, and plenty of other incidents, even in recent years. But I don't, because I stick to football. Even if the roles were reversed and you had as much space to type as I do, you'd still struggle because you're arguing against reality, not against me. That's what Ronaldo fanboys do. Maybe you don't see it now, but I hope one day you look back, open your mind, and realize how much of your argument was built on fiction rather than football.

By your logic, because Isak has produced his best football in the Premier League, that must mean the Premier League is weak. David Silva and Sergio Agüero also produced some of the best football of their careers in England after leaving La Liga. Does that suddenly make the Premier League weaker? You're confusing normal career progression with the strength of a league. You don't understand football indepth.
