You know what’s on my mind why when I went to Carrite about the error code I was getting after going to gerber collision did they say there was nothing wrong with my car, couldn’t see water damage and then charged me $900 to change all 4 tires otherwise they were

@gerbercollision Worst Body Shop I have ever used. They disassembled the entire inside of my car for a hail damage estimate, and when the insurance company totaled the car, they threw everything back into the car. They removed the carpet seats and all the trim.

Currently have a vehicle sitting at the @gerbercollision location in Bethany, OK that has had just about zero work done on it after being there for 5 MONTHS. I’ve dealt with both the store and market manager with zero luck. DO NOT WORK WITH GERBER!

@gerbercollision 2 weeks ago made appointment for repairs at Charlotte Ave Nashville location for 1/14. No one notifies me that in the mean time they decide not to honor the appointment because the other driver's ins. co. "totaled my car". Estimate <75% of ACV. Dissatisfied!!!
