Had a great time at #icpr2024 presenting our literature review of subjects that did not report any (or almost any) subjective effects despite administration of very high doses of serotonergic psychedelics.

Much about the pharmacokinetics of clozapine is poorly understood: Do levels in the toxic reference range always mean that we should stop the drug? Here we describe a case where an acute phase protein could be the actual cause. More studies needed.
