🌟FFT Awards | May 2025 (April's Data)🌟 💙 Congratulations to Clementine B, Japonica and Antenatal Ward who featured on last months FFT Awards and thank you to the staff, teams & care groups who go above and beyond with FFTs & patient feedback.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at yesterday's Frailty Patient Panel event. As always, it was a success with 3 powerful stories shared. It was heartwarming to hear the positive feedback about our staff. A key theme: immense appreciation for the kindness shown in patient care.

🩵 Carers Relaunch 🩵 Unpaid Carers play a vital role in our patients care, both physically and mentally, and we want them to feel valued and appreciated when visiting our Hospitals. In light of this we are relaunching the carers project! The Patient Experience Team will be visiting all wards across the trust, this week and next distributing posters and carers packs.@PTEXPBHR @GaryEtheridge3 @HalfordKathryn
