@GermanZoomer @1211_fabio Ist so. Die Kernpunkte sind mMn. auch liberal. Leben und leben lassen. Das ist übrigens auch der Unterschied zu Team Freiheit etc. Die sind zwar wirtschaftsliberal, aber gesellschaftlich konservativ bis reaktionär. Also im Kern nicht liberal.

@jonas18121996 @1211_fabio Das wäre auch meine Definition von sozialliberal je nach Auslegung würde ich sogar sagen Kern liberal. Die Verwendung sieht in der Realität aber leider anders aus.

@GermanZoomer @1211_fabio Nö. Sozialliberale sind zwar für soziale Sicherungssysteme, aber nicht um jeden Preis bzw. auf Kosten von mehr Steuer- und Sozialabgaben. Effizient, aber nicht ausufernd. So sehe ich das zumindest.

@jonas18121996 @1211_fabio Das ist halt der Punkt wo ich bei vielen sozialliberalen (vor allem bei den von links oft gelobten) genau so die allgemeine priorisierung der Liberalität anzweifel. Eine liberale Partei sollte trotzdem all solche Positionen beherbergen, aber der Kern sollte immer liberal sein.

@1211_fabio Deshalb würde ich mich auch als sozialliberal/ganzheitlich liberal und nicht linksliberal bezeichnen. Linksliberal ist für mich kein sinniger Begriff, genauso wie rechtsliberal. Man kann nicht links und liberal sein.

@jonas18121996 Bei Sozialliberal finde ich halt, man muss "Gesellschaftsthemen" wie Feminismus, Gender, Integration etc. durchaus annehmen. Aber halt nicht auf die belehrende/poulistische Art. Sondern nüchtern liberal. Wirtschaftlich: genau. Freie Wirtschaft mit Sozialstaat.

Swiss direct democracy is one of the most white-pilling institutions out there. Giving voters frequent direct votes makes spending more efficient, aligns parliaments with voters, and empowers the median (often most reasonable) voter.

@ampericus @Antikeburg True, course correction is only possible in the opposition. Also if the CDU was coming out of opposition they wouldn’t have been so greedy in the coalition talks. Just compare it to how they formed the current coalition. Dog walked by the SPD

Ich sollte den FDP Vorsitz übernehmen, mit dem antiwoken Besen durchkehren, alles linksgrüne rausschmeißen und wieder Freiheit, Liberalismus und Marktwirtschaft zurückbringen mit ganz viel Staatsskepsis. Aber die FDP zerstört sich lieber weiter.

If overproduction happens, the ammount of labour that can be extracted in exchange of a commodity drops, thus you need scarcity, either you throw the produce or devaluate the income of consumers, so they work more for the same pay.

(Whatever that means) while simultaneously arguing that capitalists want less demand because they like cheap labour

@Ciuvakevicius @TrueSlazac Capitalists are "interested" (is systemic, intention is irrelevant) in amplifying capital. A consumer with lower buying power offers you more labour, more exchangeable labour extracted is more capital. If overproduction occurs, consumption power is slashed to mantain profit.
