Nonsensical villain subplot aside, #MsMarvel is one of the best projects in the MCU.
Iman Vellani is a bundle of joyous energy, and around her they've built a vibrant world, rich in culture and history.
And had it been released this year, it would've been incredibly topical.

@ILoveBread88 It wasn’t age appropriate to have a Kid/teen tv show where her skin basically can stretch. They were also trying to make her powers different from Mr fantastic, and vfx team said that marvel doesn’t allow them to do something that will look strange on a woman.

The way she was right and they literally only won because she was there. She's the one that saved Tony. She's the one that took down Thanos' ship before it could do any more damage. And she's the one that stopped Thanos from snapping TWICE.

@Admiraljoshhar I have Bittersweet feelings with the whole power change. Bcs they do used it in a very creative way. i do love how the show doesn’t lean into the whole “ White-blonde supremacy ” bcs this kamala live in a such modern world. Its so nice that Everything about her is HER.

While I'm still annoyed by the power change, this show absolutely understood the CHARACTER and even the supporting cast of the comics. This moment was something that absolutely would have happened...at least before the mutant change and them deciding Kamala's family hated mutants
