@rihadoscitizen One of these days I’m going to do a deep dive into the maintenance structure of an aircraft fleet to align with the business model of running an airline to correlate the difficulty in implementing “cheap” inter regional travel .
I’ll also highlight how local Authorities intermix.

Even if they are qualified Flight Crew, Engineers etc, Barbados doesn't have a Catergory 1 FAA rating. If Barbados had to start an Airline, it would probably only be able to fly regionally, at the mercy of the regional aviation authorities.
