We brought an AI confessional to Shoptalk. A wall of sticky notes. One prompt: "Dear AI, we need to talk. What went wrong?" Hundreds of retail pros answered. 6 themes emerged: 1. Can't trust the data 2. Too positive, not honest 3. Output quality is bad 4. It creates more work, not less 5. No context, too much confidence 6. "It feels like cheating."
