How does ChatGPT for WhatsApp help a customer? 👇 We've been overwhelmed with all the interest in our @GetFuzey AI Co-pilot for business messaging since our release this week. So what does this look like from the perspective of the end customer? Below you can see a conversation between a customer and a business exclusively powered by AI co-pilot responses. The value to the customer is clear: Instant responses, no typos and an overall high quality interaction that allows the customer to achieve their desired outcome much faster. All factors that helps the business build customer loyalty. It's such a clear win-win 🏆 The team is working on a further evolution of this product that will allow businesses to switch to fully automated responses (an "AI Autopilot" if you will). A WORLD PREMIERE 🌎 Throughout the last year, I've often been asked if there is any real potential for businesses in using AI or whether it's all hype? Today, the @GetFuzey team is unlocking that potential with the launch of our AI Co-pilot powered by @OpenAI. For the first time ever, businesses anywhere in the world can use the benefits of AI and their own data to supercharge their communication across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS and pretty much every other customer channel. Our AI Co-pilot has so far generated staggering results for our customers: 🎯 More than 87% of our AI-generated responses are being used without edits ⏱️ First response times have gone from minutes to seconds 📈 Upwards of 4x more bookings generated 💙 Successful end-to-end interactions take as little as 2 minutes (see example in video below) We use a mix of LLMs, customer data and proprietary training data to increase accuracy and quality of responses. It's not perfect yet, but it's a very good first step. We think this could be a monumental step towards unlocking widespread business access to the value of AI in a simple way. Wow! We had an incredible time at Digital Dealer Conference & Expo a week ago in Las Vegas. After talking to over 40+ leading American dealerships, here are the current key trends we are seeing in the industry: 💸 Car financing cost is at the highest level since 2007 averaging around 7.5% for Q3 which has impacted demand and has resulted in more cars sitting being in stock for longer 📉 Conversion from lead to customer has dropped from 20-25% to 5-7% as a result of higher financing cost. Gone are the days of "shooting fish in a barrel" 🚗 Urgency to improve the digital experience to help increase conversion of existing leads. Many dealerships have increased their marketing budget, but is struggling with improving conversion which means a much higher acquisition cost per sale It is very clear that there is still a lot of demand out there - the dealerships that understand the need for providing prospective buyers with a strong digital journey that includes fast, high-quality responses and action across every part of the buying journey will emerge as clear winners. We have been overwhelmed by the strong interest in Fuzey and appreciate all the great insights we've gotten from our conversations with some of the leading dealerships in the US 🇺🇸
