@GetLomi April 19.  You have now promised two times to ‘keep me in the loop’ and/or ‘kick things up a notch’ and yet I have still not received any indication of when I will receive my unit.   You charged my card, took my money, on March 23 with a delivery promised of 5&7 days. REFUND NOW

Not only am I excited to use the @GetLomi to turn our food waste into dirt, the Marketer in me loved their questions post purchase to better understand motivations, timing, FUDs, other product ideas, etc. I happily answered them all :)

@GetLomi this thing stopped worked on the 5th use. Ventilation error. It was a gift or I’d be really mad I paid $400 for a kettle bell. Your app-only support is trash. Nobody has replied and it was a pain in the ass to fill out. And yes I’ve done the 10 second hard reset.

@MrHennigar Good question! Unless a specific material/product is on our Lomi Approved list it won't be certified - if your PLA is compostable, you can try adding a small amount to a Lomi Approved cycle along with plenty of food waste, however!

@GetLomi are small PLA plastic scraps from 3D printers Lomi approved?

dear @GetLomi why can you sell and ship a really expensive machine to my country, but when it breaks a year later (JUST out of warranty!!!), you can't ship the replacement part? To be told 'I need to buy a new machine' because you somehow cant ship a motor out is NONSENSE

@GetLomi been trying for a week to get help as the rotator stopped working and have been getting no responses/ignored. On Email or Instagram. The phone line just says “no experts available” and disconnects. Unacceptable! #HorribleCustomerService

Not paid to say this. @GetLomi has, maybe, the best customer service I've ever received from any company. Full stop. They're easy to reach, fast, clear with instructions, and no-hassle on making things right. It's a pleasure to call them. All others take note.

@GetLomi I need customer support my food is baked like a brick in my lomi. I cleaned it out it prior to use.

@CarrionLegal unfortunately animal waste is not allowed on Lomi.

@GetLomi had my Lomi a few days and I get a ventilation error. It’s in a well ventilated area. I’ve done all the reset stuff. I’ve had to email the same information multiple times. No assistance. I want to return the device.

My new composter!! @GetLomi This is where I put all my food scraps and leftovers. Turns it all into fertilizer/soil with the push of a button. One of my fav appliances 😊 2nd pic is about a years worth of composted food. I just mix in with my soul and my plant babies thrive !
