@aarondfrancis @rsobers @paulg Sooo sorry to hear you had an experience like that. That's not how it should be done & you deserved better. That "fast food" type of model is something we don't ever support. In the future, if you do end up needing therapy, I hope you can find a PT who will give you that 1:1 care

@DrSethPT Yep! We know the name really bothers some folks, but in the end it is about getting people the care they need, when they need it... all within our messed up healthcare system. #startwithPTfirst just doesn't have much of a ring to it. 😂

14y ago I received PT at Spaulding Rehab (Boston) for a stroke. I would not be where I am today without PT and I realize the long term impact 9% reduction would have on lower income communities. Access to PT should be a right, not a priviledge. Your voice matters. #FightTheCut
