How about rather than rebranding, you actually have daily reliable service. No outages every night like you currently provide and prices that aren't going up every other month like that are now? I'm on the verge of canceling because of the constant outages and outside hikes

Howdy @Rise_Broadband normally you all do a great job, thank you! However, it seems like any issues happen after service hours... so you can't even report an issue (9-10pm). It is getting to the point that it feels planned (which is a really bad feeling), more support please!
