𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬. We run multiple nine-figure businesses, multiple eight-figure businesses, and have many rapidly growing seven-figure and smaller businesses. Stord's software business is one of those eight-figure businesses, and is growing the fastest out of any segment. In this entrepreneurial culture, racing a new product to $1M in ARR is routine now. Unbox did it in its first few months, another new product just did the same, and our total software business is only accelerating as the product suite grows. Part of the reason for this success is the compounding value these products provide. For example, Unbox is also the only marketing program with a guaranteed 100% open rate, delivered straight to the consumer's doorstep. Unbox sits inside our CX suite, where we have nearly a dozen products in the cart today and expanding fast. Fulfillment, our software business, and Stord Labs, all running on applied AI, compound inside one company, which is why we have more growth vectors than almost anyone in this category. We don't throw around compound entrepreneurship as an empty slogan here. It is our operating model.

Willie's Remedy hit 2x order volume in their second month on Stord. They didn't see it coming. Stord’s network didn't flinch. Prime Day 2026 is the biggest online shopping event in U.S. history, bigger than Black Friday and Cyber Monday combined. That number belongs to the whole market. Brands on Stord's network saw it too: A dental hygiene brand was up 127% and a health and beauty brand up 57%, no Amazon listing required. Prime week is a consumer mindset now. The brands that win it are the ones who can deliver anywhere and importantly keep the customer when it ends.

3,876 days to get to $3 Billion. Most companies announce a raise and move on. We are just getting started telling the story. $15B in GMV. Packages touching 1 in 4 U.S. households. Doubling at scale. Software tripled in 2025. AI trained on 8 billion real operational data points, running 100,000+ brand interactions in its first 90 days. Stord Labs advancing the physical intelligence layer for commerce further every week. The headline was the raise. The real story is how we built it. Elon Musk has an equation for building physical systems. It has built trillions in value. Question the process. Delete what doesn't need to exist. Simplify. Optimize. Then automate. Automation is the last step. Not the first. That is the exact path Stord took. A decade of process, software, and scale before we went hard on hardware. The hard-coded robots of the last decade break the moment SKU mix changes. Agentic robotics solve this, but only if the software underneath them is unified enough to give them something real to learn from. Nobody else in this industry has that foundation. Stord does.
