Brands today manage hundreds of workflows, thousands of SKUs, and millions of shipment events and customer interactions — all while competing in a market that changes by the minute. And with that complexity comes a constant stream of questions: 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳? 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯? 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘴? 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘪𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘚𝘒𝘜 1234? 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘸𝘦 𝘳𝘶𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨? 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳? 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘸? 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. For years, getting answers meant digging through dashboards, pulling reports, or waiting on support. By the time you found the insight, the moment to act had already passed. Not anymore. StordAI has received a major upgrade with three new intelligent assistants: Chat, Search, and Feed. Chat is our new conversational AI assistant that powers teams to surface answers faster, make smarter decisions, and keep commerce moving at the speed customers expect. It’s in beta and is free to all Stord customers. Search is a universal discovery engine, using one bar to find any order, any data, any insight. Feed is a personalized intelligence stream that surfaces what matters most, proactively. Both are coming in Q2. This is another step forward in building AI-powered intelligence that works alongside brands and operators to drive better outcomes across fulfillment and the customer experience. 25-35% of support tickets are WISMO. Over 50% during peak. 5-15 minutes per investigation. StordAI Chat answers the same question in seconds. Trained on millions of real shipment events, not a general-purpose model. The answer was always in the data. Now you can just ask.

E-commerce has a dashboard problem. You must log in to find out what's wrong. Feed flips that model entirely. Today we're launching StordAI Feed, a personalized intelligence stream that tells you what needs attention before you even think to ask. Stockout risk. SLA exposure. Rising returns. Demand shifts. Feed catches them first. More intelligent capabilities on the way. Chat. Search. Now, Feed. Real intelligence for real operations. stord.com/ai

Climatic Health shipped their first orders this week. New brand. New category. Co-founder and CEO Eric Kau and Head of Operations Nick Stachel were on the floor at CVG2 alongside our team, kitting every order themselves. Hundreds shipped. Sold out of batch one. This is what customer obsession looks like. Congratulations @ClimaticHealth. Big things ahead.

Fulfillment operations tend to break at the point of change. A system update rolled out too fast. A new workflow introduced without structured training. A carrier switch made before validating the downstream impact. Each one feels manageable at the moment. Collectively, they introduce variability that compounds quietly, and surfaces when a customer is already affected. In a market where a single bad delivery experience gets shared 16 times on average, that variability has a measurable cost. Operational resilience comes down to how well change is controlled. Structured validation, disciplined rollouts, and teams trained to execute consistently. These are what keep accuracy intact when conditions shift. Jessica Perry, Stord’s Program Manager for Quality, wrote about how to build fulfillment operations that hold up under pressure. stord.com/blog/thrive-in… #Fulfillment #QualityControl #Ecommerce #OperationalExcellence #QualityAssurance

Thank you to our sponsors Pelagic, @getpostpilot, @superfiliate, and @openborderhq. And to our speakers @karagoldin, @Alicia_FioEspo, and @philwinkle. We are already hard at work on the next Stord Summit.

Disruptions and the Butterfly Effect are the new normal in e-commerce. From regional cyberattacks paralyzing global freight to margin-crushing trade wars, local issues no longer exist. Whether it’s the rise of AI or a viral TikTok post triggering a spike your rigid network can't handle, every disruption now ripples across the entire ecosystem. In this hyper-connected reality, a single point of failure thousands of miles away is a risk. Disruptions are a constant. You can't stop the butterfly from flapping its wings, but you can adopt a strategy that doesn't collapse from the wind. In this recent piece, Hoss Mortezaie, VP of Sales at Stord, explored disruptions in detail and how brands can stay ahead of them. stord.com/blog/preparing… #Logistics #Fulfillment #Disruptions #ButterflyEffect #Ecommerce #Operations #Stord

Hidden fees don't just annoy shoppers. They cost you the sale. 14% of U.S. consumers say unexpected costs at checkout (taxes, shipping, fees) are the main reason they abandon their cart. But here's the thing most brands miss: the problem isn't always the costs. It's the opacity. Sales tax is genuinely complicated. It changes by state, by ZIP code, by product category, by whether your shipping fee is a separate line item or baked into the price. A customer in one ZIP code can pay a different rate than someone a few blocks away. That complexity isn't going away. But it doesn't have to show up as a surprise on your checkout page. When taxes are calculated accurately and shown clearly upfront, they stop being a source of friction and start being a signal that your brand knows what it's doing. Here’s a breakdown of why sales tax is so hard to get right, and what it takes to actually get it right at scale: stord.com/blog/complexit…

The first thing Brenda Enney does every morning is open Stord’s OMS. She runs fulfillment for CANN. Cannabis-infused social tonics. Ships across 10+ states and growing. With Stord, they can now broadcast to customers exactly when an order will be ready and when to expect it. Visibility that flows from the OMS out to the consumer. stord.com/casestudy/cann…

She built a brand that beat the beverage giants by trusting her instincts. She's coming to Stord Summit. @karagoldin, founder of @hint, will be joining us on April 23. Before Hint, she ran e-commerce at AOL and helped scale it past $1 billion. Then she started from scratch, challenged every assumption about how beverages are made and marketed, and built a category-defining brand that nobody thought could win. Get ready to learn. Spots are nearly full, request yours for the Stord Summit: lp2.stord.com/stord-spring-s…

Commerce teams jump between OMS, WMS, ERP, and carrier portals just to answer basic questions. That friction compounds. Missed SLAs. Late decisions. Experiences consumers don't forgive. StordAI Search is now generally available, free for all customers. One unified bar. Full order lifecycle, real inventory positions, carrier performance. All of it, instantly. stord.com/ai

A question that should take 10 seconds takes 45 minutes in most commerce operations. Not a data problem. An access problem. StordAI Search: one bar, every order, every inventory position, every carrier signal. Grounded in tens of millions of real shipment events. Across our AI suite, our customers are saving dozens of hours per week — and using that time to move faster than their competitors. stord.com/ai

When's the last time you left a conference with something you actually used? We built Stord Summit because we kept asking that question and not having a great answer. April 22–24. The Mansion at Glen Cove, New York. 40 people. Invite-only. Three days designed around one thing: putting the right people in the same room and giving them real time together. A few focused sessions from operators who've built at scale. Real conversations with people who are navigating the same environment you are — commerce volatility, rising CAC, shifting consumer expectations, the looming impact of AI. Everything is covered after you arrive at JFK including transport, accommodations, meals, activities. Just bring yourself. We're down to the last few spots. If you run or build an e-commerce brand and want to be in the room, now's the time: lp2.stord.com/stord-spring-s…

Maceoo's founder used to fly to his fulfillment center to pick and pack orders himself just to protect the brand. A premium product shouldn't arrive in a generic brown box. Here's how that changed. stord.com/casestudy/scal…

Brands manage millions of data points across marketing, sales, fulfillment, and logistics. These massive datasets power the decisions that drive performance and elevate the customer experience. But turning raw data into action has always been slow by design: Data moves from analysts → reports → leadership → back down as decisions. Every handoff adds hours. By the time analysts identify the root cause of a problem, the opportunity to resolve it in real time has already passed. So how can brands reduce the time between data and action? In this latest piece, Craig Stewart, SVP of Product & Engineering at Stord, breaks down how brands can move from reactive reporting to proactive intervention and unlock faster, smarter fulfillment at scale - stord.com/blog/the-data-…
