Markets have moved focus from the first-order effects of AI to the second-order effects. Attention is shifting from the LLM race to the business model layer. Not the business models of LLMs, but how AI pressures other business models. Especially SaaS, as the cost to build and distribute code drops every day. Software stocks are getting hammered as a result. So who wins this next wave? Businesses with real industrial scale and vertically integrated moats. Categories like logistics will only get better, faster, and cheaper with AI, with significant margin expansion driven by human and decision automation. The next decade belongs to companies with clear, scaled, and durable moats.
