@abhinav007dubey @GetTransfercom Yo, I’m new to the app and getting close to the pay out date and I’m getting nervous. The fact that we have a pay out period for each ride, which could take 3 days, then a 30 working day payment period is nuts.

@GetTransfercom Worst experience ever. My ride was canceled at the last minute with no alternative offered. Customer service was even worse — instead of refunding my money to my card, they kept putting it into my balance that I don’t want to use. Terrible service.

@Payoneer @GetTransfercom Whenever I ask about an update, they respond that “there’s technical issue with the payment service provider” which is @Payoneer. Maybe your service is oblivious of this fraud, it would great to look into it. Their partnership with you gives drivers confidence that they are real.

Scammed by @GetTransfercom Second driver (first one cancelled) contacted me to say he wouldn't be able to drive me, as the company is not paying the drivers. @GetTransfercom refusing to refund me 200 euro. Avoid these scam artists. Charge back in process
