@Gevalia I had a K-Cup pod fail this morning and coffee grounds went everywhere. Couldn't enjoy my cup of coffee. Is there anything that can be done? It was from a 24-pack of Colombia coffee.

@Gevalia why did you change your traditional roast? It was so much better than anything else available in a grocery store and now it’s literally one of the worst coffees I’ve ever tasted. Started a couple months ago. Thought it was just a fluke but it’s consistently horrible now

@Gevalia Get rid of a coffee variety that is constantly selling out? Doesn’t seem too smart. We’ve bought no less than 8-10 boxes of mocha latte EVERY MONTH for over a year and now you’re discontinuing? We struggle to find it so it’s not being left on the shelf.
