WE QUAL FOR THE PLAYOFFS OMG. Anyways for all seriousness. The late nights, long sessions, fixing mistakes, running it back again and again is all worth it for moments like this.
There were games we should’ve lost but didn’t quit. There were games that we did lose but what’s winning without losing and learning. There were leads we gave up, mistakes that cost us, and instead of pointing fingers, we locked in and got better. That’s what separates teams that just talk from teams that actually grow.
People see the standings. They see the results. But they don’t see the frustration after losses, the adjustments being made, the late night talks, the constant practices to be better or that commitment to getting 1% better every day. Every rep mattered. Every setback taught something.
Proud doesn’t even fully cover how I feel but it’s a start. Proud of the team. Proud of the chemistry we built in such short time. Proud of how we held each other accountable and kept pushing forward no matter what.
To end this off I just want to express how grateful I am for this team. Us playing and grinding hours together was so worth it. We overcame a lot just to be here and I’m extremely proud to be playing and fighting with this group of people.
We are still looking for an organization to represent in playoffs and other leagues.
