447 cals / 57g carbs / 42g protein / 4g fat I think I need to reduce my carbs and increase my fat intake but idk how 💔

#shtwt i’m sorry i know im not rlly a sh account but. does anyone have any advice for how to take care of cuts when im allergic to bandaids and don’t really know how else to cover it?? im sorry this sounds so attention seeking im just struggling again and i hate it so much

@m3ntalcrze Cut out a square of gauze to fit the wound, then tape it down with paper tape. It's the only way I can cover anything. When you shower, throw on an adhesive bandages instead and immediately take it off after and use gauze again

@m3ntalcrze OH MY GOD I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE!!! Gauze + medical paper tape, tho you need to change the paper tape often bc I still have a reaction if I wait more than a few hours. Do not fall for any "non allergy" bandaids, you will still react!!
