Rare renders from an unused cutscene, James carries Mary through the Prison and mannequins are crawling on the ceiling. Check the closeup, you can see the pain and guilt in his eyes.
This was possibly from the In Water ending, after he picks Mary up from her bed and carries her out of the room. It's only briefly shown in a trailer.
Renders restored and upscaled by me.

One cool piece of paleo illustrtion from the 90s that could've been the inspiration for the JP3 corythosaurus.
This watercolor illustration was done by John Francis and was included in the "Dinosaurs!" magazine by Orbis.

“The Egg Travels” in Dinosaur (2000) is pure spectacle. That sweeping journey across deserts, oceans, and jungles, all carried by James Newton Howard’s soaring score. It’s grand, panoramic filmmaking in a few wordless minutes.

My man said something to me that really stuck.
He told me, “I’m not here to control you. I’m not your dad, I’m your partner. You’re free to make your own choices. Just understand that every choice has consequences. If you choose something that damages what we’ve built, that’s on you.”
He said, “I’ll always tell you when something hurts me or crosses a boundary, because that’s what healthy communication looks like. But if you keep stepping over the line after I’ve shown you where it is, then you were never really protecting us to begin with.”
And honestly, that’s what accountability in a relationship sounds like.

When I was 18, I went on a date with a guy who seemed genuinely sweet. He picked a nice Italian spot, pulled my chair out, paid for dinner without hesitation, and asked about my dreams like he actually cared about the answers. I remember thinking maybe this is what a good date feels like. But when we got outside and he suggested going back to his place, I told him I was going to head home instead, but that I really had a nice time with him. I even thanked him for dinner. I thought that was enough. I watched his entire energy shift. The smile disappeared. His tone changed. Suddenly I was “wasting his time.” Suddenly the dinner wasn’t just dinner, it was something I was supposed to repay. He said he didn’t take me out “just to talk,” and that’s when I realized the kindness had conditions. I Ubered home feeling small, replaying everything in my head. The next morning he texted me, “Don’t say you had a nice time if you’re not gonna follow through.” That’s when I realized he thought “nice date” meant access. I meant conversation. Apparently, we weren’t speaking the same language.
