@meecheeraikes_j @MeManBoy0 My whole point is people need to calm down a little bit. NIL and the Portal has gotten everyone thinking the only way to win is 5 star recruits and expensive transfers. Truthfully, player retention (minutes on the floor) has overwhelmingly been the boon for most teams.

@GiBkelley @MeManBoy0 Past performance at other jobs factors in too. Pope’s resume before UK was not strong. If he brought an impressive resume in he would be given more patience. Fans were caught off guard by his hiring.

Something worth paying attention to in recruiting: Mason Williams — 15 pts, 5 ast, 3.5 stl, 41% from three — just committed to Kentucky ranked No. 124. He played his AAU ball on Puma's PRO16 circuit. Not Nike EYBL. Not Adidas 3SSB. The major services follow the major circuits. Kids on smaller circuits get evaluated less. The rankings reflect that. Maybe he pans out, maybe he doesn't. But the question worth asking is how many others are out there that were not fully evaluated? There are tons of guys "ranked' in that area that end up elite.

@meecheeraikes_j @MeManBoy0 Yeah. But he was at BYU which is a Mormon school in Utah. You would have to assume that hindered recruiting some. BYU has a great athletic department and has solid teams, but falls short of being a real contender

1. Dusty May (Michigan) – .818 (first 2 years) 2. Tommy Lloyd (Arizona) – .815 (first 3 years) 3. Jon Scheyer (Duke) – .802 (first 3 years) 4. Ben McCollum (Iowa) – Strong ~.67+ in first year alone (Elite Eight run as a 9-seed) 5. Dan Hurley (UConn) – .575 (first 3 years) 6. Matt Painter (Purdue) – .583 (first 3 years) — note: .583 slightly edges Barnes on % but similar ballpark 7. Rick Barnes (Tennessee) – .564 (first 3 years) 8. Brad Underwood (Illinois) – .490 (first 3 years) Mark Pope’s first two seasons at Kentucky (2024-25 and 2025-26): 46-26 (.639) No matter how you feel about Pope I hope this shows that even amongst the coaches in the elite eight this year, Pope is running in the middle of the pack on win percentage. Give him some time to get it together.

Fellow Greymanes, It has been a little over 36 hours since launch, and we would like to start with a sincere thank you to everyone who has been playing Crimson Desert. Since launch, we have been listening closely to your feedback and doing our best to make improvements to the game. In particular, we are aware of the discomfort many players have experienced with the controls, and we are currently preparing a patch to address this. We also want to apologize for not providing keyboard and mouse players with a satisfactory gameplay experience. Please know we are taking your feedback seriously and working to improve your gameplay experience as quickly as possible. If you encounter any other issues while playing, please refer to the notice below for information on how to submit a report: pearlabyss.info/crimsondesertr… We’re following your experiences across issue reports, videos, livestreams, and community discussions. Every report and shared experience helps us make the game better, and we truly appreciate the time you take to share them with us. We'll keep working to make your adventure in Pywel even more enjoyable, and thank you again for your continued support.

People that say other wise are dead wrong and accept instead of wanting better for us and our money, gamers get abused and used

@BleedBNetwork I mean he is a true freshman getting very limited minutes on a team with veteran transfers that couldn’t play together all year. Thats hard to do.

Not even close to the failure of a season that this was. That was a pathetic loss. This season as a whole was way worse

@DrewFranklinKSR After watching this whole season, you expected better than a blowout loss? There is no way 1 player was going to stop us from doing what we’ve done all year.

I didn’t have a lot of hope for a long March run but I expected better than a blowout loss to a team missing its best player. Just a huge disappointment in the last game of a roller coaster season.

@DaDirtyDiggler @VilhalvaGabriel @CrimsonDesert_ I’m not blind it plays fine on console. It’s never going to run like a pc with a 5060 and 16gigs of ram but I’m getting consistent 60fps and the game looks like the limitless amounts of videos you can find on the internet. A lot better than launch then Cyberpunk and others

Ultimately a disappointing season…so many expectations but just couldn’t match them most of the year A few very good wins and a great March memory with the Oweh shot but in the end a year most UK fans will consider a disappointment

@KySportsRadio It’s kinda of a reflection of how this season has went for us. Blowing leads, turning the ball over and struggling offensively.

@tha_watchman @VilhalvaGabriel @CrimsonDesert_ I appreciate a strong opinion as much as anyone else… I was just letting people know they don’t have to break the bank and buy a $500 dollar tv when monitors are way cheaper and have a better resolution. I’m not saying replace your tv I’m just saying if you need to upgrade

@majinkvsh @VilhalvaGabriel @CrimsonDesert_ Just Crimson desert or all games? Assuming you have Adaptive sync or G-sync/ free-sync turned on in your consoles systems settings and you have a 120hz -240 hrz monitor you may just need to change the in game resolution. Set camera speed on 100. Try it on balanced.

I think a lot of games that would have only been available exclusively on PC 5 years ago because of graphics and hardware requirements are now coming to consoles because PC gaming has become to expensive due to AI and ram shortages. Gaming studios or going to port these massive graphic intense games to console because have to. They may get better about it in the future but people who play in a 55inch or 60inch tv will always suffer due to the screen resolution and scaling. I know it sucks having to buy another thing but I personally believe for the cost of a PS5 controller you would be much happier even playing the games you already like

@Joshwin007 @VilhalvaGabriel @CrimsonDesert_ And honestly with the Ram shortage that’s going on with PCs you can probably expect more graphic intense PC to console ports coming from gaming studios. People can’t afford PCs right now. But PS5 and Xbox with G-sync or Free-sync can run these titles at 60fps no problem.

@tha_watchman @VilhalvaGabriel @CrimsonDesert_ Yeah true but most monitors have g-sync & free sync and both consoles support that as well and provide a low latency for fps gaming for the price of an Xbox controller. Most 4k 120hz tvs are 3 - 400 range and no ips (hdmi-2.1)
