Learning to be content is a superpower in trading. I see it happen so often. Folks will be up $1,500 on the week. Friday comes along, and they’re not content. They want to make $1,600 They overtrade on Friday. Give back -$200 They now “need” to make that $200 back, so they overtrade. Friday 4 PM close comes along, and they’re negative on the week, instead of closing out +$1,500. All over a measly $100 and not being content. Few understand the psychological/mental toll trading can take on you if you can’t tame it.

The moment I've been waiting for. I'm currently holding the largest $VIX position of my entire career. Balanced by an $SPY calls position for now. On edge. But I trust $SPY will fail soon and we continue a vertical Wave C down, shock and awe mode, failure between current price and $699.50. The current aggressive relief rally will be seen as a wave C.ii relief No structural low in place. This is an EW regular or expanded flat pattern, we go back to the wave A drop origin. We're there.
