Why would someone like Wayne be long $3m of $WYFI here?!
$WYFI is still trading in line with the sector because the market hasn't connected the dots on this week’s game changing catalyst.
On July 7, 2026, $WYFI’s primary anchor, Nscale, closed a massive $900M revolving credit facility syndicated by tier-1 global banks (JPM, Goldman, Morgan Stanley).
Nscale is now valued at 15B and backed by giants like $NVDA, $DELL, and $NOK.
This changes everything.
Nscale’s 10 year, $865M anchor contract at WYFI's flagship NC-1 site( going live next quarter )is now completely DE-RISKED.
This tier-1 bank backing transforms a speculative contract into secure, bankable infrastructure cash flow.
Nscale is now armed with $900M to accelerate its global AI build out, the probability that they expand at $WYFI NC-1 to absorb the remaining 160 MW of potential capacity has skyrocketed.
The Bottom Line: $WYFI’s upcoming revenue catalyst is now fully backstopped by institutional capital. The downside floor is locked in, while the runway to hit their $800M+ is wide open.

Full transparency, I’m holding 86,000 shares of $WYFI at ~$34.5 average. Actively looking to add on pullbacks to hover near ~100,000 shares. IMO retail is starting to realize what $META did… $NBIS should not have sold off like that. $WULF / Anthropic validated the entire neocloud thesis and it doesn’t seem like the market has properly priced it in. There’s a reason institutions swooped in and picked up shares instantly after the selloff began. As usual, I will add/sell as I see fit.

What the market is completely missing is the operating leverage built into $WYFI NC-1 site.
The site has a long-term potential of up to 200 MW.
In infrastructure development, moving a site from 40MW to 200MW is exponentially cheaper and faster than building one from scratch.
The Bureaucracy is done.
Environmental impact studies, zoning laws, right-of-way permissions, and primary substation grid connections are already approved and established….
Once a utility company allocates a massive power envelope to a specific industrial site (like NC-1), it often depletes the available capacity for that entire local grid substation.
$WYFI has essentially built a localized monopoly on high-density power in that region with a 1.5 GW (Gigawatt) pipeline.
