MODELS: From now on I'll be requiring a kill fee for no-call/no-shows. The alternative is permanent blacklisting. If you can't show up for work AND can't be bothered to even contact the person who hired you then you're not worth messing with. There are other models who agree with this and an agency that has already offered me a kill fee as a result. Having been in this biz for over 17 years, I'm not interested in debates or disputes on the subject. If the adults in this "adult biz" can't ALL be held accountable for being negligent, what's the point?
