@MoralesZim That's really surprising to hear. The particles shouldn't be too much more advanced than the base game to render. What the other guy's telling you is how to mod the game though, if run into any issues getting into a casual match look up "Cueki's Casual Preloader".

@MoralesZim @dudeman__ @CSGO500 Highly recommend TF2 Classified if you're willing to play something that isn't the main game and don't want to jump through the hoops of modding the game yourself. It runs much smoother and there are no cosmetics, but it's a bit of a different experience from the main game.

@anomgurumayum @CSGO500 Just not into fighting someone who looks like they're carrying $5000 of stuff on them. It's like getting cut off by a sportscar, and it messes with your mental after a long enough time. I don't play any CS to deal with that, even if it's petty to think that way.
