@TeamYouTube The owner cannot be contacted as he was an external contact ( not one of the business owners) I know other platforms such as Google follow a verification process of having the client provide proof of business documents. Can we move forward with that instead?

@TeamYouTube That email was associated with a marketing point of contact, who doesn’t work for the company. Upon the employment ending in any company, emails are disabled. That’s where our problem lies. We’d like to find a work around, by using documentation that proves this is our company.
