Waco Police Arrest Texas Father Over Viral Ring Doorbell Camera Footage Paul Thames, 29, was arrested and charged after turning himself in to Waco police following the viral video. In the footage, Thames is seen with his 3-year-old son at the Legend Apartments. The footage was shared to the police and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He’s being held on a $200,000 bond.
