@ithayla It's an action rpg with the anxiety of a survival horror game. I love it to bits. Like all souls games the combat is weighty and deliberate, while the game is constantly goading you into making rash decisions. Keeping your cool while under pressure in these games feels great

hooked up my ps4 for the first time in like 2 and a half years. time to try and finish horizon, god of war, spider man miles morales and then I looked up games that are only available on ps4 and chat will I like bloodborne

@robthesky_games @DanThurot They're both so good! StS has the advantage of coop, Paperback has the clever splaying and the distinct advantage of killing bosses with FARTS (also the designers are pretty cool)

@AvaFoxfort Hmm, something with m- and e-sounds is my vocal coach's go-to. "Minimum meetings and maximum...beatings?" (I might have been hanging around too many masochists lately)

@ithayla It is my favourite of its kind I think (though Roll for the Galaxy also has permanent residency in my heart). Plays really well with 2-3 and is kind of small and portable as well

@ithayla Oh wait of course you worked on Summoner Wars, my bad :p Res Arcana is a tableau/combo builder by Tom Lehmann (Race for the Galaxy). Super sharp little game, has kind of a TCG-feel with how abilities interact, and has a really colorful card set

@AvaFoxfort I've been feeling this a lot lately. I've been talking aroace stuff a lot the past year, and been both frustrated at my lack of language, and surprised and delighted at the super varied ways people approach relationships and how they're unexpectedly compatible
