This is when automated Customer Services systems fall completely down. My bag came out on a later flight into New Orleans, and I have wonderful American Airlines emails saying my bag is out for delivery – have waited a couple of hours at the hotel and then thought I’d pop down to the airport instead – there’s my bag with the yellow tag in the window at 8am, and interestingly Southwest have been opened for over an hour now - systems ain’t no good without people… #american #southwest
