They keep stating that they’re gonna do things that cancel the order for example and not do it. They will freeze the chat still not do it. Go to a new person. Ask them to do it. It takes another 15 mins

@TheAA_UK I need my money and I’m not having that you are doing basically through on my account cancelling authorisation code that was sent back to my bank and then create a new ones a week later blocking my number. Also I need both names of the person that was in my account.

@TheAA_UK For £214 but then somehow my refund that was sent on the 15th was now sent on the 24th. I’m asking them about the authorisation code that was done the 15th and I’m asking them about the refund that was done on the 15th as well. You lot are trying to ignore me like I’m talking. Ba

@TheAA_UK I’ve got it being looked into but nothing has been done . Can I release the recording from yesterday I was told by staff member india from validation that when she had cancelled my insurance on the 15th of October 2025 she had sent my refund out the same day as cancellation
