@JustEatUK please can u talk to ur live support chat team for riders They keep stating that they’re gonna do things that cancel the order for example and not do it. They will freeze the chat still not do it. Go to a new person. Ask them to do it. It takes another 15 mins

@TheAA_UK I’ve got it being looked into but nothing has been done . Can I release the recording from yesterday I was told by staff member india from validation that when she had cancelled my insurance on the 15th of October 2025 she had sent my refund out the same day as cancellation
