Despite more than a couple of obstacles, the West Herts Nightingales Choir were determined to spread some Christmas cheer. THANK YOU so much to the amazing Harm Free Care Team, who subbed in while on the wards. And the brilliant ward staff who joined in so enthusiastically.

What a busy week! From introducing forget me not packs, meeting inspiring people at Mondays event, speaking/training staff across the trust, having a singalong on Oxhey ward and not forgetting the brilliant trolley dash yesterday Thank you to everyone who’s helped this week

Keep an eye out for Forget Me Not Packs being given out this week by @KatieVovrosh and @Gillian1381 that are being introduced to mark #DementiaActionWeek These packs are given to families of those admitted with dementia to signpost them to support in and out of the hospital 💙

Introducing Gill our admin support for the COE specialist team. Gill role includes helping teams referring patients to community memory clinic. Big thanks to Gill for collecting and submitting 80 patients data to allow our trust to be part of the National Audit of Dementia.
