I just opened my tax and insurance bills. It's a story many in Rochester know well. My property taxes, car and home insurance, and my electric bill have skyrocketed. I make a good living, but the rising costs here are making it feel like pennies.

I know I already bitched about this a few days ago and I don't give a shit, I'm doing it again.. The sudden and absolute dramatic increase in electric bills from NYSEG and National Grid in NYS ---and apparently all over has to be one of the all-time scams ever in this country

Seriously, I'd love for someone to "educate" on how electric bills in this region have quite literally skyrocketed by 30-40% or more this year from last? I talked to friends in Florida & Texas who say they've seen their electric bill have slight to moderate increases at most.

@gmfinancial My 87 yo parents have been trying to get a car title (paid off 3 YEARS ago) They have requested it for last 4 weeks only to be told it will be here in 7-10 days… as of yesterday it hadn’t shipped yet and can’t speak with anyone in that department ?

My first was a baby who cried 20 hours a day, i’m not exaggerating. Sleep was non existent for me for the first 9 months of her life and all I heard was screaming
My husband was in the military and NEVER home or home so late so most the times I needed or wanted a shower I was alone
I had to set her in the bouncer while she screamed to shower but guess what? more than half the times she’d fall asleep to the sound of the shower in her bouncer and i’d get a quiet shower to myself and some relief for a bit
