@SamsungUK You're trying to HELP! I'm promised a call back in 30 minutes. It takes 5 hours to receive a call and after 30 minutes of nothing and being on hold the call is ended, NOT by me! This follows over a week of #Samsung shirking the responsibilities of a device under warranty!

To @CitizensAdvice After waiting 40 mins to speak to an advisor, she consults supervisor. Calls me back with suggestions I've already tried. Tells me she doesn't know what to do. I ask if she will consult supervisor or person with legal knowledge. She hangs up! #NotHelpful

@CoDurhamHour Regrettably the police in North Yorkshire seem ineffective and lacking in many ways. Not saying Police in Durham were perfect every time (when I lived there), but certainly tried a lot harder to be fair and reasonable and communicate professionally and respectfully.

Sounds like @NYorksPolice are weaponising incompetence to cover up inappropriate conduct, serious errors of judgement and damning mistakes. #Carers for those with #MentalHealth issues should not be hounded into suicidal thoughts, they should be supported. #WMHD2024
