I started 2025 weighing close to 300 lbs.
Kicked off 2026 thinking I was 217
Stepped on the scale and it said 210 lbs today.
I am officially 30 pounds away from my goal that looked unrealistic last year.😭
This moment hits different. 🔥

Here is my plot twist.
I don’t count macros.
I don’t meal prep.
I keep it simple with intermittent fasting 16-8.
Here’s what that looks like for me 👇🏽
• Fast for 16 hours
• Eat within a 7–8 hour window
• 2 solid meals or one if I want to push it.
• If I eat late I just push my next meal back. No stress no spiraling.
For snacks, I keep it random AF 🍇🍓🍊
Grapes, strawberries, blueberries, oranges.
Sweet, filling, and doesn’t derail the mission but sometimes it could be a piece of pie or cake or chips. This is the beauty of all this i still eat what i want.
Hydration is non negotiable 💧
Water is your best friend.
Electrolyte packets help on days you feel drained or low on minerals.
No perfection.
No extremes.
Just consistency over time.
