Days 67 & 68 Morning Glucose - 79 & 92 Blood Pressure - 88/64 & 90/64 This is day 9 with no metformin. The last couple of days have been continued improvement and we hope this trend keeps going. She hasn't felt dizzy or faint getting up from bed, and her BP has been stable when she's up sitting in her chair and "riding" her bike. Blood Sugars For the past few days, her blood sugars have ranged fairly consistently 70s-130s, sometimes going to 150s. Since stopping the metformin, there have been a few times it jumped to the 180s and she took some fast-acting insulin. But, I haven't once seen it above 200. The last time I saw her sugar above 200 was the last day she took her metformin. Praying we continue to see improvements, and her pancreas starts healing. Blood Pressure She's now on day 2 with no midodrine and her BP seems to be doing okay. She's only using salt tablets, oral fluids, and physical reconditioning of her legs and core to try and help her BP. No meds. Normally, she gets up early in the morning to use her commode, and she was getting dizzy almost every morning. The past couple of mornings, she had no dizziness at all. Her BP is holding steady around 90s/60s. She got up to her chair yesterday and felt a little flushed, so she asked me to take her BP. It was 80/58. But, 5min later sitting up in the chair and riding her bike, it was 93/72. Bowel Movements She still has multiple stools per day, usually between 4-6, but the way they look tells me that her gut is more than likely slowly beginning to absorb more of the nutrients she eats. Everything seems to be moving along. We increased the resistance a little bit on her bike, and she rode off and on for about an hour yesterday. She could definitely feel the little change in resistance. She has PT again tomorrow 💪 She's going in for oral surgery on Friday, so this weekend, she'll probably just rest and recover. She has plenty of beef bone broth, protein powder, eggs, cottage cheese, and yogurt to get her through. I'm making an antiseptic mouth rinse using marigolds, bee balm, and sage that I grow in my backyard. They all have strong antiseptic, antimicrobial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. It'll kill bacteria, soothe the gums, and help them heal. 😊 One day at a time 🙏

Some years ago now, after my fiancé took a lethal jab and left me alone in life, I left my medical career and sold our beautiful cottage. I moved on to my boat. I often wondered what he’d think of how I’ve fallen. It used to bother me. It no longer does. I guess I’m moving on..🙏

@BGatesIsaPyscho I think the vast majority are professional dancers, along with the choreography/ filming. Nobody seems to know anyone personally who took part.

It wasn’t just one hospital, it was all of them. The amount of time required, to coordinate, choreograph film and edit these clips, must’ve been an extra extraordinary. But then they all had a lot of time on their hands….

You don't understand them, & they don't understand us. This woman couldn't understand basic anatomy, terminology, had no knowledge of disease or apparatus like feeding tubes. She still thought she could apply for a senior NHS dietician role and thinks she was fired unjustly.

@2BJDJ @BeverlyArtis6 I was undergoing light therapy treatment twice a week at the hospital for 6 months. The department was the furthest one away from the main entrance so I passed a lot of departments on the way. The whole place was like a ghost town.

"Companies House admits massive security loophole was open for six months" - @GuidoFawkes @CompaniesHouse, thousands of directors have contacted you asking for an offline alternative to One Login - their data security being a key reason Given this jaw-dropping failure you must now provide a free offline alternative to One Login - which whistleblowers warn may *already* be compromised

Escape to the Country Series 26 episode 25 Cambridgeshire Today's buyers are an extremely young couple, so young in fact, they're almost children. We have sensible lad Lewis who's an actuary and his giggly girlfriend Lauren who's pretty in pink. She does something vague in marketing. At the moment, they're living with Lauren's parents in her, also pretty in pink, childhood bedroom. Sensible lad Lewis wants to be near a station as they both work in London a few days a week. Pretty in pink Lauren wants a detached 4 bedroom character property with, you've guessed it, a pink front door. 🙄 She has a Pinterest board with pictures of her ideal house. 🤣 The budget for their first ever home is £750,000. 😲 They've either robbed a bank or this few days a week working in London is a bloomin' good gig. 1. Yelling. A quintessential thatched cottage that pretty in pink Lauren says is exactly what's on her vision board. Sensible lad Lewis is more concerned when he's told it'll need re-thatching in 5 years' time. It's £675,000. 2. Kirtling. A modern detached house that actually looks quite characterful. Pretty in pink Lauren says from the outskirts, yes, outskirts, it looks lovely. Sensible lad Lewis loves it too. 😍 It's £725,000. 3. The Mystery House in Wentworth. Another thatched cottage in an acre of gardens. Sensible lad Lewis likes it as it has a new thatch. Is that the mystery? 🤔Pretty in pink Lauren is happy it has a chicken coop. 🐔 It's £750,000. Sensible lad Lewis and his giggling girlfriend tell Sonali Shah properties 1 and 2 are their favourites. So they're going to see all three again. 🧐 No, me neither. 🤔🙄 But, true to form, they don't buy any of them and are back in Lauren's pink childhood bedroom at Mummy and Daddy's house. Playing with her dolls and his train set. 😜🙄 They'll resume their search when they've grown up. 🤣

All my life, my whole family thought we were Irish. I always made corned beef and cabbage on St. Patty's Day. I love corned beef! We thought we were Irish because we have a lot of redheads in the family. Plus, our tree shows that our family, the McCalls, immigrated from Ireland in the mid-1800s. In 2009, I even took my daughter on a trip to Ireland to show her the country our family came from. Then I did my DNA. Turns out, we have no Irish at all. Not even a fraction of a percent. We're Scottish. The McCalls originated in Scotland and immigrated to Ireland in the 1600s. Guess I'll have to take a trip to Scotland one day. 🤷‍♀️
