Tudor should never have been in charge of that game. The 2nd half tactical shift was dire. Romero and VdV are not big club players - complete lack of awareness.

I still think Tudor should go. One draw against an out of form Liverpool does not hide four woeful defeats. Dyche against Forest would give us more chance of winning.
