I can't even speak to anyone to rectify the issue. This place is a scam, a joke, a disgrace! NEVER AGAIN!

@AvasFlowers I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered Saturday 5/9/26. I received a text prior saying there was an issue with my order and I needed to select something else with a few choices. Ok, fine. I selected roses and a box of chocolate covered strawberries.

I'm livid. This is our 1st Mother's Day without my Dad who passed away last June. I expected a nice gift for her, knowing my dad wasn't here to get it for her. Instead, she was delivered trash and it was late.

Not only that, I have been trying to speak with a customer service agent but the calls drop or I'm told they will call me back. I get a call back, put on hold and after about 5 minutes, the call drops.

Not only did my mom NOT receive her gift in time for Mother's Day, when she did get it this evening, Monday 5/11/26, the chocolate on the strawberries was completely melted and inedible.

@AEW @TonyKhan #fairwaytohell was really excited to have you in our hometown but as a disabled person in the ADA section this is very disappointing. We can't see much. Disabled people deserve better 😞
