@LucaSciarini Penso che lavorare per/con Steiner, per un ragazzo così giovane, non sia stato facile. L’errore è cmq di chi si ostina a compararlo al padre: l’hanno caricato di aspettative dal primo giorno e ha guidato con la spada di Damocle sulla testa, in F1!, dove un minimo errore è fatale.

@suihkonen77 You can always choose to work hard but if you are not present with the mind it’s meaningless! Training with a purpose and with intensity (meant as dimension of focus) is the key to improvement… so yes, I would definitely replace “train hard” with “train with purpose” 🙏
